Steven Colby is in process of running a feasibility test and the need for a new boutique hotel in one of the hottest areas in Atlanta Georgia’s “Old Fourth Ward” neighborhood. Location would be on property he owns at 635 Angier Ave Atlanta, Ga.. A very short walking distance to Ponce City Market on the Beltline. One example of the styling being created now.
